AI marks the arrival of a new intelligence on the planet, advancing at an unparalleled pace. Companies that can grasp, ethically integrate, and strategically implement this technology will harness its vast potential, echoing Reid Hoffman's optimistic inquiry: “What can possibly go right?".

In partnership with Hoffman, the Wharton School invites you to apply to participate in a live online executive program where a select cohort of leaders will explore AI transformation and achieving “superagency” within their workforces, a key concept from Hoffman’s anticipated book of the same name. This weekly six-session series, commencing January 27, 2025, kicks off with Hoffman himself teaching the first session, combined with the faculty experts of the Wharton AI & Analytics Initiative, the academic authority on the application of AI and analytics to fuel business innovation.
