AI at Wharton is hosting AI and the Future of Work, a two-day academic conference exploring how artificial intelligence is reshaping the workplace. The conference will bring together leading scholars, industry researchers, and practitioners to discuss the evolving relationship between AI and employment. We will examine topics such as AI’s impact on job markets, human-machine collaboration, reskilling and upskilling, AI-driven productivity, and more.

We cordially invite academics, industry researchers, and practitioners from all disciplines to submit high-quality research papers (unpublished) that address the ways that artificial intelligence is transforming the workplace, covering themes like AI’s impact on employee experience, the necessity for reskilling and upskilling for an AI-driven future, and forms of collaboration between AI and humans in professional settings.
